How does the 24-hour free trial work?+
Verify your email, then start your one-time trial from Billing when you are ready. You get Starter access with your own SMTP or Resend account and the email allowance shown in your workspace. The trial ends after 24 hours, with no automatic charge. Managed-pool access requires the Managed plan. Trials are subject to administrator availability.
Does Zetta generate every email with AI?+
No. Zetta stores, personalizes and rotates templates you already have. You can write them yourself or bring drafts created elsewhere. Template rotation does not call an AI model.
Will every recipient get a completely unique email?+
Each recipient gets the assigned template with their personalization. Templates do not repeat within a rotation cycle, but they can repeat across cycles. Strict-unique mode requires at least as many templates as recipients; it does not manufacture new copy.
Can an admin upload our existing template collection?+
Yes. Upload a ZIP or select a folder. Zetta previews the import, preserves folder categories, pairs matching HTML and TXT files, and lets the admin save drafts or publish. Embedded asset uploads are not supported; images need public HTTPS links.
Do I need my own SMTP account?+
Starter uses your own SMTP or Resend connection. The $100 Managed plan adds access to enabled platform pool senders when your subscription is active. Sending remains subject to usage limits and available capacity.
How do I get started?+
Create a workspace and verify your email. Connect and verify your own SMTP or Resend sender, then start the 24-hour Starter trial from Billing when you are ready. Import contacts who have agreed to hear from you, choose published templates, and preview your campaign before sending. Choose Managed if you want access to the platform sender pool.
How many contacts can I import and emails can I send?+
Import up to 50,000 recipients per batch and select up to 50,000 for a campaign. Starter includes 10,000 monthly emails and Managed includes 25,000. A larger import does not increase your sending allowance. There is no total stored-contact cap; provider rates and campaign limits still apply. Billing shows your current allowance and usage.
Can I pay with crypto or upgrade my plan?+
Yes. Billing offers card and crypto checkout. Card subscriptions can renew automatically; crypto purchases provide prepaid access and require a new payment to renew. Review an upgrade and its payment details before confirming. Access changes after payment confirmation. If a card fails or a crypto payment is incomplete, resolve it in Billing; an unconfirmed upgrade does not unlock the new plan.
Can I use my own links, domains and attachments?+
Yes. Add links and upload reusable attachments, then activate and select them for a campaign. Links can rotate and repeat across recipients. You can verify multiple domains for email links. Managed also includes shared link domains and PDF designs. Each workspace controls its own destinations.
How does Zetta Document work?+
On Managed, select the Zetta Document request-brief design and a link configured as offer_url. The PDF includes the personalized email content, sender details and recipient details. Its button opens your configured destination directly, with the URL printed at the document bottom. Preview the design in Attachment designs. PDF generation and storage have separate limits shown in the library.
Does Zetta guarantee inbox delivery?+
No email platform can guarantee inbox placement. Use authorized, verified senders and contacts who have agreed to receive your messages. Delivery depends on your provider, sending reputation, message content and recipient systems. Review sending history and respect unsubscribes and suppression settings.
Where can I get help?+
Email admin@zetta.host with your workspace email and a description of the issue. Include the relevant campaign or billing reference when available. Never include passwords, sender credentials or full payment details.
Can I add my own email signature?+
Yes. Add an optional custom signature when preparing a campaign. It is appended to every email in both HTML and plain-text versions. Use your name, role, company and contact details, then check the preview. Leave it blank if your templates already include a signature.
